Q: I purchased a Sharper Image Seascooter Xl Personal Propeller but they don't support the product any longer. Where can I find parts such as battery chargers, batteries, nose cones and 0-Rings for my Sharper Image water scooter?

Q: My water scooter does not function properly after winter storage, what should I do?

A: If the battery wasn't charged every 3 months or is over 4 years old there is a good chance the battery is no longer able to hold a charge. You will need to order a new Sea-Doo Seascooter Battery

Q: Is there annual maintenance required for the Seadoo Seascooters?

A: There are minimal maintenance requirements for the scooter but each year the 0-Rings should be replaced to ensure a tight seal on the battery compartment. 0-rings can be ordered here: Dolphin 0-Ring , Classic, GTI and VS Supercharged 0-ring kit , Explorer 0-Rings . Also it is important to charge your battery every 3 months to prevent degradation.

Q: My Sea-doo Sea Scooter has a mechanical problem. Is there a service center where I can have it repaired at?

A. There are a few different options here. You can call the Seascooter Repair Center at 1-800-361-2781 and arrange for the repair of your scooter or simply repair the unit yourself. This can be extemely simple by replacing the main body as seen here: Sea-doo Seascooter Main Body. As the Main Body contains all the mechanical parts-you just add your current battery, nose cone etc. and it's like new again! Main bodies for the Sea-doo Seascooter Dolphin, Classic, GTI, VS Supercharged and Explorer are all in stock and available on the Sea-Doo Seascooter Parts page. If you are comfortable taking apart the scooter and performing a repair yourself, Seascooter Express also stocks PC Boards for the Classic, GTI and VS Supercharged and can special order other specialized parts is needed.
